i believe that botox does not work when it has been opened and then not used within 24 hrs. Dr's actually get around this by telling you they just mixed it which isnt the same as i just opened it! They will also add more filler so that it require's more units to get the full effect. be careful when someone is having a special on botox that could mean old or heavily diluted with fillers.
