some people replied to you saying that maybe the doctor diluted the botox because they were afraid of side effects, and that is why it didn't work for you. This is false assumption. It doesn't matter how much you dilute 20 Units of Botox is 20 Units of botox. And actually diluting it actually makes it more dangerous because it can spread too much. More likely he didn't give you enough or missed one of the more important muscles. Or you are one of the people who need to have more than the usual person. For example, men usually need twice as much botox as women. Their muscles are stronger. Also, ALL Botox needs some dilution. It come in a freeze dried powder. In order to use it you have to add SOME fluid. Best advice is to see your doctor 3-4 weeks after the injection to see if you may need more.
