Your injector put too much Botox in your forehead and did not put the injections high enough. This happens when the injector is not very good. Botox can actually be used to give a subtle brow lift. A women shouldn't get more than 16-25 units in the forehead and the injector should stay high and consider injecting the tail of the eyebrow and between the eyes to counteract the heavyness you are experiencing.
