Hi Rebecca...I started using the Serum XL primarily for the line between the eyebrows, but also used it on the 'smile lines' which I thought wouldn't be affected because of constant use in that area. I was literally shocked one morning after about 2 1/2 weeks to see they had all but disappeared. I had not been paying attention to that area because of my concern for the forehead line, but was so pleased and impressed that day, that I can honestly say I have seen the dramatic results for myself. And that's why I firmly believe in these products.
