I'm glad Bioque works for you. FYI: I'm not a smoker and my forehead is unfortunately quite wrinkled. If it would be just age approriate "fine lines" I wouldn't buy a product for 80 bucks. I don't expect miracles but believe me: I would notice ANY improvement. I state my experiences here so that others don't have wrong expectations. Unfortunately the "it works for some but not for others" argument is often misused. I'm not saying that it's not true for Bioque but that argument is unfortunately used as excuse by every scammer on the Internet. Also: there is no way of telling if positive reviews for a product on the Internet are not in fact postings from employees of the manufacturer - pretending to be customers. What adjustments do you suggest I make? It either works or it doesn't? Nevertheless I just sent an email to Bioque as you have suggested. I don't "keep complaining". I've posted three times on this board. First after 4 weeks, than after 5 weeks of Bioque usage and once to clarify a statement I made before. As I keep on hoping that it starts to work (for lack of alternatives), I'll keep on using the product and will post again with any positive or negative developments I'll see. Unfortunately there seem to be no independent internet sites with customer reviews for Bioque. I'd like to see if I'm the only one for whom it doesn't work. Regards, Karen
