This is a message to Karen. Of course everybody is different in the way skin treatments work or don't work for them. That's why this site is so valuable so that we can share our experiences and get an indication of typical results. I do know what works for me and I have tried many products that work for some of my friends, but not for me. Find what works best for you and then stick to it. I would also suggest that you contact Bioque and talk with their customer service people. They are so helpful and I am sure that they will help you. It does not help anyone for you to keep complaining that something doesn't work for you without making adjustments yourself, with or without the help of the product service people. Just a thought. By the way, if you are only 37 and have very few lines and wrinkles, you may be expecting what little problem you have to go completely away.  That's not how skincare works.  It makes your skin better.  If you have little lines and wrinkles, it may take an electron microscope to measure the effect.  The main thing to remember is:  the impact depends upon your starting point.  In my case, a 50% reduction in lines and wrinkles in 30 to 60 days is VERY noticeable to the human eye, and I am delighted!  A 50% reduction to you might not even be visible.  (By the way, if you are a smoker, or around smokers, all bets are off...the smoking beats up your skin as these treatments try to get them better)
