The instructions that came with the product were not quite clear - somewhere it said 3 weeks and somewhere they talked about 6 weeks. Maybe you should send Bioque an email and ask. I had the same question but since I'm still not seeing any change after 5 weeks (if anything my wrinkles have gotten worse), I guess I will go on applying it twice daily till the bottle is empty.
