Botox works by paralyzing the muscle so you can't frown.It only last on average 3-4 months.There was an article by a NYC dermatologist that said that repeated use of Botox can cause you to have wrinkles in other areas that are over compensating for the Botox.Also Botox is a powerful neurotoxin whose lont-term side effects on the central nervous system are unknown.
