In the latest Botox 2-page print ad there are 5 doctors covering gender and race with names and smiling faces marketing Botox and themselves and getting paid by Allergan to do so! I showed this to my internist and she was appalled! She asked me if she could have the ad.Doctors are not supposed to advertising "drug" and using their names.She said that this is embarassing and that the money in Botox is too attractive for them to have any dignity. I have suffered Botox complications after repeated use of Botox for cosmetic reasons. Botox can cause a lot of side effects and a lot of Botox doctors have you sign a consent form that lists very little of the potential side effects.
